1. Contract and services

1.1 Type of contract
Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. is a trading company registered in La Gomera with tax identification number B-38807269. The statutes of Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL, are deposited in the Registro Mercantil de La Gomera, Presentation: 1/3/323 folio 829 date: 08/03/2005.

Through our website with the registration number in the General Tourist Register 2013/2634 with identification code I-AV-0000485.1, we provide our customers with accommodation and other quality services in the Canary Islands and mainly in Valle Gran Rey, La Gomera. The booking agreement between the traveller and the intermediary Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. is a mediation contract; third party services are procured or provided. Nr of Registration in the General Tourist Register 2013/2633 with Identification Code I-AV-0000485.1

1.2 Type of service
The service offered by Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. is that of presentation and mediation. The properties we offer are carefully chosen, catalogued and described according to our criteria and those of the owners. We take photographs of each place in situ or provided by third parties. Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. acts as an intermediary by offering clients services that will be provided by the owner or administrator in question.

 2. Conclusion of the contract 2.1 Reservation
 By making a reservation the client commits himself to accept a firm reservation. The booking can be made in written or oral form, by email, or by telephone. When Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. accepts the booking, the booking confirmation is sent to the client by fax or email. The client is obliged to check the booking confirmation immediately upon receipt and to check that all details are correct. In the event of any errors, the client must inform Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL immediately. If errors are not communicated immediately, the client has no right to cancel the contract.

2.2 Occupancy
The reservation is only for the number of persons stated in the contract. If more persons are accommodated in the rented property than stated in the contract, the customer will be charged a corresponding surcharge. Furthermore, it is forbidden to accommodate more persons in the rented property than the maximum number of persons allowed. Likewise, it is not permitted to hold parties of any kind that have not been previously agreed with Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L..

3. Payment
In case of an online booking, 100% of the rent has to be paid by credit card.
In the case of an e-mail booking, the total amount plus a handling fee of 50,-- Euro has to be paid. The link to pay by credit card and the account number to pay by bank transfer are provided in the booking confirmation. The client will leave us proof of payment in our account provided for this purpose, indicating the name of the client, date of arrival and departure, and the chosen accommodation.
There is no charge for an online booking
If you wish to cancel your booking, you have to communicate it by e-mail to our address, always bearing in mind that the cancellation fees are as follows:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the booking date
Cancellation up to 7 days before the reservation 30 % of the rent + 25,-- EUR handling charge
Cancellation 0-6 days before booking 100 % of the rental fee

3.1 Method of payment
Please note that Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. is not responsible for any bank charges that may arise. For credit card payments (Master Card and Visa) Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. does not charge any surcharge. If payments are not made in accordance with the booking confirmation, Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. may cancel the booking and charge the corresponding cancellation fees.

4. Guarantees and complaints

4.1 Guarantees
 Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. is liable according to the duty of care and guarantees that the selection of the properties to be rented is carried out responsibly. The company gives a detailed description of the properties. This is done on the basis of own knowledge and information provided by the owners or managers. In the event that changes have been made to the rented flat or house by the owner or manager and these have not been communicated to Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. or the information given is incorrect, the owners or managers will assume all the corresponding responsibility.

The tenant is obliged to report any damage found, both in the building and in the furniture or equipment, so that the corresponding repairs or repairs can be carried out as soon as possible. Complaints made at a later date cannot be taken into account. The tenant is obliged to treat the rented property, its furnishings and equipment with care and to notify the landlord or property manager of any damage caused, and to bear the costs of repair or replacement. The date to be considered is the date of entry of the notice. The tenant has the right to prove that the loss has been minor or null. Viajes Integrados La Gomera S.L. does not give its own guarantee for the completeness and correctness of the information provided by the landlords.

4. 2 Obligation to co-operate
The tenant is obliged to inform the landlord or the manager immediately or within 24 hours at the latest of any suggestions or complaints about the accommodation.

5. Termination of the contract and changes to the booking

 5.1 Cancellation We recommend that guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

5.2 Changes of booking The tenant can transfer the booking (by giving notice before the start of the stay) by introducing another tenant who assumes the contractual obligations of the first tenant and under the same conditions. Changes of the rental object can only be made by cancelling the rental in accordance with the above mentioned cancellation conditions and making a new reservation. Duration and date can be changed according to availability, taking into account the cancellation conditions. Bookings with last minute conditions or special prices cannot be cancelled or changed. For changes and cancellations a processing fee of 50,00 € will be charged.

6. Protection of your data
"On behalf of the company Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL, we process the information you provide in order to provide you with the service you have requested and to invoice you for it. The data provided will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be passed on to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL is processing your personal data and therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary".

Upon presentation of their national identity card or passport, the holders of personal data (data subjects) may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability. The controller shall respond to data subjects without delay.
For the right of access, data subjects shall be provided with a list of the personal data held, together with the purpose for which they have been collected, the identity of the recipients of the data, the storage periods, and the identity of the controller with whom they may request rectification, erasure and objection to the processing of the data.

For the right of rectification, data subjects' data that are inaccurate or incomplete will be amended in accordance with the purposes of the processing.

For the right of portability, data subjects must communicate their decision and inform the data controller, where appropriate, of the identity of the new data controller to whom they will provide their personal data.
