Terms and Conditions

The person responsible for the reservation and rental of the flat or holiday home confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of this contract by realise the booking.

1. For many years Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL has maintained an affable, friendly and responsible attitude towards guests. We inform our guests truthfully about the condition and circumstances of their accommodation.

2. All circumstances are considered to be sufficiently clarified at the time of booking.

3. Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL mediates between the guest and the owner of the accommodation. Once the accommodation has been occupied, a tenancy agreement with the owner of the same will come into force. The Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL team will be happy to assist guests in solving any problems that may arise, always it is being made inside respect and mutual warmth.

4. If the guests do not feel comfortable in their accommodation due to weather conditions or other circumstances, or if the accommodation is not available at short notice for reasons of force majeure, the Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL staff will try to find alternative accommodation in terms of price, facilities and location. However, compensation or refund of the deposit paid will only be given in the event that the accommodation is not available due to force majeure.

5. in the case of an online reservation at www.lagomeraferienhaus.de, there is no booking fee, 100% of the rental price is payable by credit card.
In case of a booking by e-mail to info@lagomeraferienhaus.de, the total amount plus a handling fee of 50,-- Euro has to be paid by card. The link for payment by credit card will be given in the booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to Viajes Integrados La Gomera SL info@lagomeraferienhaus.de. The cancellation fee will be calculated on the date of receipt of the written cancellation. Please indicate your bank account number in case of a refund.

7. Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
Free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the reservation
up to 7 days before the start of the reservation 30 % of the rental price + 25,-- EUR handling fee 
less than 7 days before arrival 100 % of the rental price

8. The accommodation is ready for occupancy from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left in a clean condition by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

9. The guest is deemed to have accepted these general terms and conditions upon conclusion of the booking. 

10. this contract is terminated as soon as the guest has moved into the desired accommodation and the above mentioned conditions have been fulfilled.
