Casa Suleva
Directly beside the sea between Charco el Conde and the beach of La Puntilla the house is situated away from the tourism but central. On a spacey vitrified terrace you can enjoy the wonderful sea view and the sun sets. An open terrace equipped with sunbeds you will find on the other side of the house the house.
The main house consists of one bedroom, bathroom and a living cum kitchen, there is another small house with a second bedroom and bath beside which you can rent additional so you can stay there with up to four persons, children older than 12 years.
Casa Suleva is very good equipped, accessible via a short walk, the surroundings are quiet and green.
The indicated price is valid for 1-2 persons using one bedroom, the second bedroom with bath costs 40,-- Euros/night in addition and the final cleaning is 50,-- Euros extra.
The house is not suitable for children under 12 years.
